KLC COMMERCIAL SIGNS BILATERAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH REXIL ASIA

On December 8, 2023, at the KLC Group headquarters in District 1, KLC Commercial—a key member of the KLC Group ecosystem specializing in Retail and Import-Export services—signed a bilateral Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Rexil Asia, a subsidiary of Rexil Holding BV, Netherlands.

The signing ceremony was attended by executives from both companies, including Ms. Lam Nguyen, CEO of KLC Group, Mr. Vu Duc Tuan, Deputy General Director of KLC Commercial, Mr. Huy Vo, Deputy General Director of Viet Long Capital, and Mr. William Nolten, Business Development Director of Rexil Asia.

According to the agreement, Rexil Asia will serve as a strategic partner for the distribution and acquisition of KLC-branded agricultural products. Rexil Asia will facilitate the international market penetration of KLC products through its extensive network of importers, wholesale and retail outlets, and supermarket chains in Europe and North America.

In addition to distribution, Rexil Asia will provide consultancy to KLC Commercial on regenerative and restorative agricultural practices, export strategies, and legal and business connections with distributors, agents, and retailers in Europe and the United States. This collaboration aims to enhance the visibility and presence of KLC Commercial and KLC Group in these key markets.

Rexil Asia, a member of the Rexil Holding BV Group, leads the European market with brands such as Rexil Agro BV, AB Yellow, and Probiotics. With over 20 years of expertise in biotechnology and agriculture, Rexil Asia’s products are environmentally safe and have demonstrated effectiveness in various international scientific studies.

Rexil Asia currently serves as a hub for numerous retail outlets and large supermarket systems that distribute high-quality, flavorful, and safe food products across Europe and the United States.

At the signing ceremony, Mr. Vu Duc Tuan, Deputy General Director of KLC Commercial, stated: “With the vision of bringing Vietnamese products to the international market, we consider Rexil Asia a crucial strategic partner in helping KLC-branded agricultural products penetrate the European and American markets through its vast retail network and major supermarket chains.
